Амая \u002F Amaya Apartment","apartament-amaia-amaya-apartment","Апартамент AMAYA е преустройство на съществуващ тристаен апартамент, като заданието на клиента беше да се реорганизира в четиристаен, така че да удовлетвори изискванията на семейството. Проекта за интериорен дизайн целеше да изрази търсеното от клиента, хармонично преплитане на класически детайли с моделни акценти. \r\n\r\nЦветовата хармония съчетава светли и пастелни тонове с топли метални повърхности и минимални контрастни черни акценти. Тъмните елементи са ограничени в интериора, за да не натежават в пространството и така то да пресъздаде усещане за виталност и лекота в помещенията.\r\n\r\nВходът към апартамента е директно интегриран в дневната зона. За да се използва максимално функционално пространството, елементите за съхранение са проектирани визуално да изглеждат, като част от стената, така че да не се натрапват и да се преливат естествено в средата. Това спомага за хомогенизиране на различните функционални зони. Наличните в дневния тракт свободно стоящи колони, решихме да облечем в огледални плоскости, за да подсилим тази търсена илюзия.  Заложените текстилни десени в тази зона са в едноцветен и еднороден финиш, за да не се натрапват като шарка в пространствата, с което подчертаваме естествените детайли на камъка и отблясъците на златистите месингови елементи. \r\n\r\nКухнята като мебел искахме да е максимално изчистена и монохромна, за да се превърне в паспарту, за динамичните шарки на острова от естествен мрамор, кварцит и месинг. Двете детски стаи са отделени от дневния тракт чрез малко коридорно пространство, обединяващо и връзката с банята. Спалните за децата са контрастни като формообразуване на мебелите и акценти в корпусното обзавеждане, но са обединени от общата цветова палитра.\r\nРодителската спалня е преходна откъм дневната и има собствена баня. При интериорното решение за нея заложихме на директния класически контраст между бяло и черно, който също беше подчертан и от различния финиш - гланц и мат. Подходът естествено продължи и в родителската баня и гардеробното пространство. \r\n\r\nАпартаментът имаше страхотна даденост от просторна южна тераса с гледка към планината Витоша. Там предвидихме допълнителна и по- голяма трапезарна маса, както и обособена релакс зона. По периферията на терасата предвидихме кашпи с вечнозелена растителност, което засили усещането за връзка с природата и откъсване от градската среда.\r\n\r\nНастилките във всяко едно помещение на апартамента са само естествени материали, като мрамори, за баните и дъбов паркет за останалите пространства. Към  натуралните материали в апартамента, като подходящо съчетание към тях заложихме на италиански мебели, които с прекрасните си детайли и дизайн бяха важен щрих за уюта и крайния резултат на проекта.\r\n|\r\nThe client’s brief for the AMAYA apartment was to re-organize an already existing three-bedroom apartment, breaking it down into four bedrooms, to better fit the needs of the family. The interior design aims to recognize the client’s demand for a harmonic mix of classical details and modern accents.\r\n\r\nThe colour scheme is a blend of light and pastel tones in unison with warm metal colours and a limited amount of contrasting blacks. In order to achieve a feeling of lightness and vitality, the dark elements are kept to a minimum.\r\n\r\nThe apartment entrance is integrated into the living room zone. In order to make use of the space in the most functional way, the cupboards have been designed to look like a part of the walls. In this way, we’ve ensured that they blend naturally into the interior without unnecessary cluttering. This allows the unification of the separate functional zones. To further enhance the illusion of space, the free-standing columns in the living room we lined with mirror panels. In order to highlight the natural details of the stone and the shine of the golden brass elements, the textile patterns in the zone are homogeneous and monochrome.\r\n\r\nThe kitchen furniture uses a clean design, ultimately playing the role of a passe-partout for the dynamic natural patterns of the island, made out of marble, quartz and brass. The two children’s bedrooms are separated from the living area by a small passageway which also incorporates a connection to the bathroom. The children's bedrooms are contrasting in terms of furniture shaping and cabinetry accents, but are unified by a common colour palette. The parents' bedroom is transitional from the living room and has its own bathroom. In the interior solution we relied on the direct classic contrast between white and black, which was also emphasized by the different finishes - gloss and matte. The approach allows for the bedroom design to naturally overflow into the master bathroom and the dressing area.\r\n\r\nThe apartment has a spacious south-facing terrace with a view of Vitosha Mountain. We added a bigger dining table, as well as a separate relaxation zone. We lined the periphery of the terrace with evergreen plants, to enhance the feeling of connection with nature and detachment from the urban environment.\r\n\r\nThe flooring in all of the apartment’s rooms is using natural materials, such as marble for the bathrooms and oak parquet for other spaces. To properly complement all of this, we opted for Italian furniture.
