този обект е възможността да проектираме цялостен архитектурен тунинг на разпределението, при който спалните не са ситуирани в „тих нощен тракт“ \u002Fбанално\u002F, а „щедро“ са свързани от ходова линия – коридорна „картинна галерия“, която прелива в дневната.\r\nОстъкляването обединява всички помещения, включително и баните. Същото се отнася и до терасата с изумителен изглед към Черни връх. \r\nТака постигнахме разпределение на площите, което е в контекста на интериорната КОНЦЕПЦИЯ, да създаде интериор, в който „главният герой“ да е ПРОСТРАНСТВОТО – обширно, с много артистична визия, обвеяно от форми с индивидуален дизайн, запомнящо се със специфичната си естетика.\r\nСтилистично и цветово се усеща инспирацията от тенденцията „арт деко“. Но това не е сполучлива реплика, а устойчива творба, която има егоистична самостоятелност.\r\nИндивидуалният дизайн отличава всички проекти на студиото. Но в този интериор те не са изведени, като акценти. Амбицията е, погледът да е любопитен и да открива естетично удоволствие, „лутайки се“ от пода към стените и тавана, с усещането за хармонична цялост.\r\nРазбира се професионално аналитичният поглед ще отличи „прикритата“ с принт кухня, специалната композиция с часовника, както и вписаната камина и ритмично подредените до нея рафтове в дневната. Също и сайдборда в мастер бедрума. \r\nВсички те имат своето индивидуално формообразуване, но са в общо композиционно съжителство.\r\n\r\nMDF с различни покрития, метални тръби и листова ламарина, стъкла – безцветни и в цвят, огледала и натурални текстили. Това са материалите, от които са изпълнени изброените по-горе елементи от обзавеждането. Те са авторски дизайн на екипа на Dada Project Studio и са изработени в „работилници“ на постоянни наши партньори и съдружници.\r\nСледват други елементи от обзавеждането, доставка от италиански фабрики. Това са специално подбрани брандове, чиито мостри и каталози присъстват вече 10 години в Interior Dada Showroom.\r\nВ един апартамент \u002Fинтериор\u002F всеки сет трябва да е на правилното място и да изпълнява своето предназначение и участие в „локалната атмосфера“. Така се постига желаният комфорт \u002Fпостигнат в конкретният случай\u002F. Постигнат ли е високият стандарт на комфорта, не можем да говорим за „най-добрите функционални решения“. Един проект не е конвертируем, ако има компромисни функционални решения.\r\nКомпонент, който осмисля комплексното качество и обща атмосфера, за BLACK PEAK е усещането за: Шик, хармония, оптимизъм. \r\n--------EN\r\nBLACK PEAK\r\n Photos: BulFoto Agency\r\n• Аapartment: 135 m2\r\n• Location: Student City\r\n\r\n\r\nThe specificity of this project is the chance to make a complete re-design of the architectural layout where the bedrooms are not situated in a trivial \"quiet night tract\" but \"generously\" connected by a walking line – a \"picture gallery\" corridor –  overflowing into the living room.\r\nThe glazing unites all the rooms including the bathrooms. The same goes for the terrace with an amazing view to “Black Peak”.\r\nThus we achieved a layout of the whole space – in the context of the interior CONCEPT – creating an interior where the \"main character\" is  SPACE - extensive, with a very artistic vision, surrounded by forms with individual design, memorable for its specific aesthetics.\r\nStylistically and colorfully – it feels the inspiration of the \"art deco\" trend. Yet this is not a successful replica but a sustainable work with selfish independence.\r\nThe “individual” design of the furniture highlights all projects of the studio. But in this interior they are not featured as accents. The ambition is for the look to be curious and to arouse aesthetic pleasure, \"wandering\" from the floor to the walls and the ceiling, with the feeling of harmonious wholeness.\r\nOf course, а professionally analytical look will distinguish the kitchen \"covered\" with a print, the special composition with the clock, as well as the built-in fireplace with the rhythmically arranged shelves next to it in the living room. Also the sideboard in the master bedroom.\r\nAll of them have their individual formation but in a common compositional coexistence.\r\nMDF with different finishes, metal tubes and sheet metal, glasses - clear or in color, mirrors and natural textiles.
