Basil House","bosilekova-kshcha","Мащабният проект The Basil House, стартира с цялостна реконструкция на триетажна къща с обща площ 290 м2. Тя е била проектирана като три отделни апартамента на етаж. Мисията ни беше да я превърнем във функционално, елегантно, светло пространство, съобразено с ежедневието на едно тричленно семейство. За да обединим първия етаж в общо пространство, направихме конструктивни промени като премахнахме преградни стени и отворихме зоната за почивка към верандата и двора с по-големи прозорци. Откритата библиотека с камина разделя визуално помещението на две – кухнята с трапезария от зоните за почивка.  Зад тапетна врата на ТВ библиотеката осигурихме достъп до баня, която обслужва етажа. Заложихме на меки тонове с акцентни дивани, класически елементи на кухнята за елегантна визия, осветителни тела и красив център на помещението – трапезарна маса. На втория етаж организирахме всички спални помещения и работен кабинет. Основната ни намеса беше в главната спалня, като изградихме допълнителна баня. Вградихме големи гардероби за повече място за съхранение, камина за уединени вечери и любим кът за четене. Главният акцент е гърбът на спалнята, изработен с отношение към всеки детайл. Третият (подпокривен) етаж беше изключително предизвикателство – част от него превърнахме в голяма открита тераса, с мечтана гледка към планина Витоша. Пространството е предназначено за свободно време, гости и забавление. Подсигурихме кухненски кът, зона за почивка и просторно място за активности. Използвахме подпокривните ниши за съхранение, скрити зад ламперии и тапетни врати.\r\nThe large-scale project of The Basil House starts with complete reconstruction of the three floor house which was designed and delivered as three separate apartments on each floor with total area of 290 m2. Our mission was to transform it into functional, elegant, bright space accommodating the lifestyle of family of three. As a way to unite the first floor into a common space, we have made constructional changes – removed partition walls and we opened up a relaxation zone to the porchway with а bigger windows. Open-library with a fireplace splits the space into two – kitchen with dining area from the zones for chill out. Behind the wallpaper door of the TV library, we provided access to a bathroom which serves this floor. We emphasised on soft tones with spot-light sofas, classic elements of the kitchen for more elegant look, lighting and alluring accent of the space – dining table. On the second floor we have arranged all bedrooms and a work room. Our main intervention was in the master bedroom where we have build additional bathroom (en-suit). We built-in large wardrobes for more storage space, a fireplace for cosy nights, and a favourite reading spot. The main highlight is the back of the bedroom built with attention to detail. The third floor was a challenge – transforming under-roof area into large terrace with a dreamy view to Vitosha Mountain.The loft space is creating to welcoming guests and having more space for entertaining.
