Форматът на този офис е т.нар. Clubhouse - концепция за споделено и креативно работно пространство, запазена\r\nмарка на компания CTP, която се развива посредством философията й за прозрачност в\r\nполитиките й на принципа на приобщаване, сътрудничество и иновации. Индустриалната визия на офисите на CTP е утвърдена в десетте страни, в които оперира в момента, но конкретно в България, по интериора се работи индивидуално в продължение на половин година с няколко основни цели – да се постигне усещане за близост в комуникацията между колеги и клиенти, комфорт и\r\nненатрапчивост на корпоративната визия, същевременно превод на идеалите на компанията в креативна атмосфера, която да насърчава ефективност в работните процеси. Всяка зона кореспондира подсъзнателно с отделен етап от жизнения цикъл на една стратегия на компанията – от зараждането на идеята до нейната реализация. Този\r\nподход към дизайна на интериора е вдъхновен от принципа „Формите следват функциите“, който предполага, че функционалността на едно пространство определя и\r\nнеговата форма. За индивидуализация на пространството помага и известния графити артист Nasimo, който успява да предаде духа на предприемчивост и устрем към зелена промяна от страна на компанията.\r\nThe concept of this project is based on the principles of buroladschaft, copying natural lines and forms. The format is the so-called Clubhouse - concept of shared and creative workspace, preserved brand of a CTP that develops through its philosophy of transparency in its policies of inclusion, cooperation and innovation. The industrial vision of CTP offices is established in ten countries in which it currently operates, but specifically in Bulgaria, the interior was developed individually for half a year with several main goals - to achieve a feeling of closeness in communication between colleagues and clients , comfort while translating the values of the company into a creative atmosphere that promotes efficiency in work processes. Each zone subconsciously corresponds to a separate stage of the life cycle of a company's strategy - from the birth of the idea to its realization. This one approach to interior design is inspired by the \"Form follows function\" principle, which suggests that the functionality of a space defines its shape.
