София през април 2021.\r\nЗа да се превърне центърът в реалност, беше изготвен подробен технически проект и проект за смяна на предназначението на обекта, а цялостното вътрешно преустройство беше съпроводено от стриктен авторски надзор. \r\nОбектът е на две нива с обща площ 47,60 кв.м., като на първо ниво са организирани входно преддверие, зона за отдих и рекреация, рецепция и санитарен възел, а по еднораменна стълба се стига до манипулационна зала и помещение за персонала със склад на второ ниво.\r\nЛайтмотивът в интериора са стъклените тухли. Стълбищната клетка е сепарирана от манипулационна на второ ниво със зидария от гладки, релефни и оребрени стъклени тухли с непрозрачно матово пясъчно покритие, които едновременно запазват уединението на манипулационната зала и допускат естествена светлина в стълбищното пространство. Кристални прозрачни стъклени тухли са вградени в зона в подовата конструкция над чакалня и са използвани за ефирната преграда между чакалня и стълба. Отражението на стъклените блокчета в трите огледала с метални рамки, всяко от които е завъртяно с няколко градуса в различно направление, създава сложни пластове на интериора, както и интересна игра на погледа. Огледалната стена зад рецепция като контрапункт на прозореца с поглед към оживения булевард оптически разширява малкото пространство. Нейният ефект е засилен от LED осветлението, положено в профили за вграждане, които описват П-образни рамки в стени и таван при рецепция. \r\nВ светлата част на палитрата цветовете стават по-трудно различими, а това дава безкрайни възможности за създаване на слоеве. Всичко в интериора е чисто, бяло, светло, подчертано от акцентния син цвят и аксесоари в златен финиш. По този начин се създава единен, но многопластов интериор с контрастни елементи.\r\nПодовите настилка са от плочи калиброван гранитогрес, като по периферията на помещенията е положена лайстна от месинг, а подовите первази са също от гранитогрес в негатив в една равнина със стените. Финишният слой на стените е от снежен латекс, а на знакови места от фина бяла декоративна мазилка.\r\nЕлегантната рецепция с бял корпус с ламели от МДФ боя по RAL със златен кант на работния плот от сива мозайка, пейката с вратички от ламели в дървесен декор, декоративните огледала метални рамки и етажерките с метални рамки, обшивките от MDF по колоните на първо и второ ниво, шкафът за умивалник с плъзгащи се бели и златни вратички и плот от естествен камък са изработени по детайл.\r\nКреслата също за изработени по поръчка и тапицирани с текстил в кралско синьо с деликатен мотив. Декоративните рамки на ключове, контакти и розетки са от уникалната модулна гама с функции в италиански и немски стандарт Classia на BTicino в цвят син металик.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWe are pleased to present Cosmetic Centre DERMAL LASE CENTER to your attention that was opened at 11, Knyaz Aleksandar Dondukov Blvd., town of  Sofia in April 2021.\r\n For the centre to become real a detailed technical design and design for changing the purpose of use of the site were prepared and the overall internal reconstruction was accompanied by strict author’s supervision.\r\nThe site was built on two levels with a total area of 47,60 sq. m., whereas an entrance hall, an area for rest and recreation, a reception desk and toilet are organized on the first level and a single - branch staircase leads to a treatment room and staff room with storage area on the second level.\r\nThe glass bricks are the leitmotif of the interior. The staircase cell is separated from the treatment room on the second level by a masonry wall of smooth, embossed and ribbed glass bricks with non-transparent matt sandy coating which simultaneously preserves the seclusion of the treatment room and lets natural light into the staircase space. Crystal transparent glass bricks are built in a segment in the floor structure above the waiting room and are used for the ethereal partition between the waiting room and the staircase. The reflection of the glass blocks in the three mirrors with metal frames, each of which is rotated by several degrees in a different direction, creates complex layers of the interior as well as an interesting game of the sight. The mirror wall behind the reception desk expands the small space optically as a counterpoint to the window overlooking the busy boulevard. Its effect is strengthened by the LED lighting, placed in profiles for fitting which depict frames in the walls and ceiling at the reception desk.\r\nThe colours are harder to be discerned in the light part of the palette and this provides endless possibilities to create layers. Everything in the interior is clean, white, light, underscored by the accentuated blue colour and accessories with a golden finish. Thus, a uniform but multi-layered interior with contrasting elements is created.\r\nThe flooring is of calibrated granite slabs, whereas a brass strip is placed along the periphery of the rooms, and the floor borders are also of granite in negative in one plane with the walls. The finishing layer of the walls is of snow latex paint and in significant areas of fine white decorative plaster.\r\nThe elegant reception desk with a white body with lamellae of MDF paint according to RAL with a golden border of the counter of grey mosaic, the bench with doors of lamellae with wooden motif, the decorative mirrors with metal frames and shelves with metal frames, the MDF cladding of the columns on the first and second level, the sink cabinet with sliding white and golden doors and counter of natural stone are custom made according to a special design.\r\nThe armchairs are also custom made and upholstered with textile in royal blue with a delicate motif.
