apartment","downtown-apartment","Малък апартамент в центъра на София (с площ 59 м2), претърпял реконструкция след бомбардировки от втората световна война. Заданието поставено от клиента беше за модерна визия с ретро препратки към сградата.\r\nТъй като разпределението беше оформено според остарелите вече представи за разделение на жилището на основна и обслужваща част, свързани от вестибюл, се наложиха сериозни преработки на носещи стени. Голяма част от стените бяха премахнати, за да се получи по-отворено планово решение и това наложи усилване на носещата конструкция.\r\nОсновната задача на конструктивният проект е да укрепи плочата на тавана, така че тя да може да понесе в последваш момент натоварване отговарящо на нормативната уредба без наличие на носещи стени, които по проект отпадат.\r\nИзбрания метод за постигане на усилването на таванската плоча в зоната на премахване на зидове е посредством FRP материали \u002Fкарбонови влакна\u002F.\r\nМетодът на полагане на FRP материалите позволява да се изпълни щадящо за сградата конструктивно укрепване без да се налага разкъртването на стените ,подовите настилки и добавянето на допълнителни греди и колони. Лентите от карбонови влакна се поставят по тавана, като предварително в зоните на полагане се отстрани таванската мазилка, като се достигне до плоча.\r\nНеправилната геометрия на помещенията наложи употребата на ламперии и шкафове, с които се постига изчистената визия изискана от клиента, а заоблените ръбове добавят леко ретро усещане. Чрез смяната на цвета във височина се подсказва за наличието на гредите от конструкцията на сградата.\r\nДървото преобладава във всички финиши – фурнир, ламели и трислоен паркет. То е балансирано от класически модели мебели на реномирани брандове с непреходна визия. Акценти са тонираното стъкло и белият технически камък с деликатни топли нишки.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nA small apartment in the center of Sofia (59 sq.m.), rebuilt after the bombardments during World War II. Our client wanted a modern interior with a few retro touches.\r\nThe original layout was in а rather traditional for the time way – with distinct main and service parts, connected by a vestibule. Our plan was for an open layout, so many walls, some loadbearing, had to be demolished. This necessitated strengthening of the existing beams and slabs.\r\nThe engineering project’s main goal was to ensure that the slab could withstand a load without the help of the removed walls.\r\nThe chosen method to accomplish this was using a fiber reinforced polymer system.\r\nThis method allows for an almost non-invasive solution that doesn’t require any intervention to the walls and floors or adding any extra beams or columns. The carbon fiber strips are applied directly to the slab, after removing all of the plaster.\r\nBecause many of the remaining walls were not perpendicular, we had to use a lot of paneling and cabinets to straighten the rooms and achieve a minimalistic vision. The rounding of some edges added the retro vibe. The changing of colors and materials was a hint for the underlying constructive elements.\r\nWe used mainly wood throughout the interior – veneer, stripes and multi-layer flooring. It is balanced by the classic furniture from renowned brands.
