Общата площ е 323 кв.м., от които 235 кв.м. оформят търговската зона, 53 кв.м. — офисната част, а 34 кв.м. са предвидени за спомагателни и технически помещения. Вместо стандартната индустриална среда, концепцията залага на стилен и уютен интериор, близък до домашната атмосфера. \r\nШоурумът е организиран в четири основни експозиционни зони, предназначени за различни брандове. Всяка от тях носи индивидуална цветова идентичност, отговаряща на визуалния език на марката, но всички заедно са подчинени на общия стремеж към спокойна и уютна атмосфера – близка до домашната.\r\nЧаст от конструктивните елементи в пространството са трансформирани в акцентни точки на дизайна. Бетонната шайба в една от зоните е частично облечена с огледало, което я прави почти незабележима и същевременно разширява визуално помещението.\r\nКръглите колони в търговската зона са развити като пластични акценти — линията им започва от тавана, прелива плавно към тялото на колоната и завършва с фино интегрирано LED осветление. Така се създават меки светлинни очертания. Сценарият на осветлението играе ключова роля за атмосферата — топлият светлинен тон оформя уютна, гостоприемна и визуално хармонична среда. Озеленяването е вплетено като фин детайл, който внася тактилност, дъх и живот в пространството.\r\nРазпределението позволява демонстрации в реално време. The total area is 323 sq.m., of which 235 sq.m. form the retail zone, 53 sq.m. are dedicated to office space, and 34 sq.m. are allocated for auxiliary and technical rooms. Instead of the standard industrial environment, the concept focuses on a stylish and welcoming interior, reminiscent of a home-like atmosphere.\r\nThe showroom is organized into four main exhibition zones, each designated for a different brand. Every zone carries its own distinctive color identity aligned with the visual language of the brand, while together they contribute to a calm and cozy ambience — one that feels close to home.\r\nSome structural elements in the space are transformed into design focal points. A concrete shear wall in one of the zones is partially clad with a mirror, making it almost unnoticeable while visually expanding the space.\r\nThe round columns in the retail area are developed as sculptural accents — their line begins from the ceiling, transitions smoothly into the shape of the column, and finishes with subtly integrated LED lighting. The result is the creation of soft, luminous contours. The lighting design plays a key role in shaping the atmosphere — the warm tone of the light forms a comfortable, inviting, and visually harmonious environment. Greenery is woven in as a delicate detail, bringing tactility, breath, and life into the space.\r\nThe layout allows for real-time demonstrations.
