дизайн бяхме потърсени, е част от градски комплекс в централната част на гарада с концепция за устойчив начин на живот. Всички постройки, който са част от комплекса са със изцяло дървена надземна конструкция върху стоманобетонова основа- включително фасадни и интериорни дървени „сандвич“ стени, както и изцяло дървени междуетажни плочи. В комплексът, с обем около седем самостоятелни къщи и пет кооперации с апартаменти, се използва само пешеходен и велосипеден достъп, а паркирането е осигурено в подземен паркинг в периферията.\r\nКъщата има три надземни и едно подземно ниво. Обща квадратура 265м2. В поздемно ниво са разположени техническо помещение, перално, сауна и стая за кино и видео игри. На приземно ниво, в общо пространство измежду две срещуположни фасадни стени, са разположени входна зона, малка тоалетна, просторна кухня, трапезария и просторна дневна с излаз към градина. На второ ниво са разположени детска стая с голяма баня, зона за работа, гостна също с баня. На трето ниво се намират родителската спалня с дрешник, баня и просторна тераса.\r\nНашият екип беше ангажиран с интериорното проектиране и проследяване на изпълнението на довършителните работи и инсталациите на обекта още на проектно ниво. Цел на интериорният проект беше да се продължи идеята за модерен и минималистичен дизайн. В интериора участват и автентични стари наследствени мебели и елементи пренесени от стар семеен имот на клиентите от Милано. \r\nОсновно решение беше базата на интериора да бъде в бяло в комбинация с подовите настилки на всички нива, които са от естествен дъб в най-топлия му и златист нюанс. Така дървото прави връзката между модерното и автентичните мебели, прави контрастен акцент на бялата база на къщата и също продължава същността на къщата в нейния основен конструктивен материал. Основни корпусни мебели като кухнята са решени изцяло в бяло, включително плот и кухненски остров изцяло от чисто бял керамичен камък. Естествен фурнир в същият златист нюанс се появява като плъзгащ гръб на кухята и „прескача“ и в ТВ мебела и в акцентите на други мебели в интериора като конзолните нощни шкафчета и подвижното работно място в спалнята. Централен елемент за къщата разгърната на четири нива е стълбата, която заедно със строителната фирма реализирахме в отворен вид и отново в естествен дъб в златен нюанс. Един от основните акценти на интериора е отворената библиотека на приземното ниво в зоната на трапезарията, която замества стълбищният парапет на това ниво. Дизайнът на библиотеката искахме да бъде фина версия на двойно Т металните профили, които скрива и да бъде едновременно библиотека и ажурна преграда към отвора на стълбата. Въпреки трудната реализация е направена от 4мм метални страници и рафтове прахово боядисани в бяло. На тази изчистена база от бяло и топлъл дъб се разполагат трапезарна зона в по-тъмни и ненатрапчиви тонове, старинният скрин от Милано в комбинация с старинно огледало при входа и зоната с меко сядане с ментов диван и цветен марокански килим. Осветителните тела също се умишлено решени в най-минималистичен вид и в бяло, като ценралното кръгло осветително тяло в зоната на дневната е прозиведено от българска фирма по размер според изискванията на проекта.\r\nВ детската стая на двете палави малки момчета логично се появяват повече цветове и малки акценти като лампите балони, комфортни текстилни легла и червени акценти в банята. Работното място на същото ниво отново включва дървесен плъзгащ елемент и семпла стенна лампа по проект с фурнир в златен дъб.\r\nМентовият цвят, който изолзваме при текстилите в дневната и детската стая, се появява и в родителската спалня, където става по-доминантен наред с бялото и златният дъб. Някой от многото специфични детайли на мебелите на къщата ги има отново, като например фини ръбове, фини кабелни капаци и плъзгащото работно място за краткотрайна работа до прозореца на спалнята.\r\nЩастливи сме, че имахме възможност да работим по този проект заедно с клиенти, които споделят нашите виждания за минималистични решения, да реализираме сложни детайли със строители, подизпълнители, мебелисти и други производители. \r\n\r\nEnglish version\r\nWe had been contacted to do an interior design for a house which was a part of a central urban complex with a sustainable lifestyle concept. All of the buildings in the lot have an all wooden construction above ground on a reinforced concrete base – including façade and interior wooden “sandwich” walls, as well as wooden inter-floor slabs. The complex consists of about seven houses and five apartment buildings. Only pedestrian and bicycle access is used in the area and underground parking is provided on the periphery of the site.\r\nThe house consists of three above ground and one underground levels. The total square footage is 265m2. The underground level accommodates the technical room, laundry, sauna and game room. On the ground level, between the two opposite façade walls are situated the entrance area, a small toilet, a spacious kitchen, a dining area and a spacious living room with an exit to the garden. On the second level there is a children’s room with a bathroom, a toilet, a home-office area, and a guest bedroom. The third level houses the master bedroom, master bathroom, separate closet and a spacious sunny terrace. \r\nOur team was engaged during the project phase of the house with the interior design, the follow up of the execution of the finishing works and installations of the site. The aim of the interior project was to continue the idea of modern and minimalist design. The interior also features authentic old heirloom furniture and elements brought over from an old family property of the clients from Milan.\r\nA key decision was to use white as a base of the interior design in combination with the natural oak in its warmest and most golden shade represented in the flooring on all levels and some accent furniture elements. Thus, the wood makes the connection between modern and authentic furniture, makes a contrasting accent on the white base of the house and also continues the essence of the house in its main construction material. Main cabinet furniture such as the kitchen was designed in white, including a worktop and a kitchen island made entirely of pure white ceramic stone. A natural veneer in the same golden shade appears as a sliding back of the kitchen work area and \"jumps\" into the TV unit and into the accents of other furniture in the interior such as the console bedside tables and the mobile work station in the bedroom. A central element for the house spread over all four levels is the staircase, which we managed to achieve together with the construction company in an open design and again in natural oak in a golden shade. One of the main highlights of the interior is the open bookcase on the ground level in the dining area, which replaces the stair railing on this level. We wanted the design of the bookcase to be a subtle version of the double T metal profiles that it hides and to be both a bookcase and an partially open partition to the stair opening. Despite the difficult implementation, it was made of 4mm metal sheets for the sides and shelves, powder-coated in white. Some other important elements elevate the design of the clean base of white and warm oak- dining area is designed in darker and more understated tones, the vintage dresser from Milan combined with an antique mirror at the entrance and the soft seating area with mint sofa and a colorful Moroccan rug. The lighting fixtures are also deliberately designed in the most minimalist form and in white, with the central round lighting fixture in the living room area being made by a Bulgarian company in a size according to the requirements of the layout.\r\nIn the boys’ room, more colors appear logically, as well as small accents, such as balloon lamps, comfortable textile beds and red accents in the bathroom. The home-office work space on the same level features an office library with a wooden sliding element and a custom wall lamp in a golden oak veneer.\r\nThe mint color that we use for the textiles in the living room and children's room also appears in the master bedroom, where it becomes more dominant alongside with the white and the golden oak.
