хора с усет за естетика и изкуство.\r\nЗа нас водещо бе да проектираме дом, съобразен с техните нужди и лайфстайл, да създадем модерна, но непреходна среда, където да се прибираш с нетърпение.\r\nАпартаментът е с жил. площ 280кв.м от които дневен тракт, спалня с прилежащи дрешник, баня и офис, тоалетна гости, баня-гости, дрешник с мокро, коридори и детска стая. Използваните основни материали са естествен камък, паркет, фурнир, стъкло и метал. За кухня и ламперия коридор, неслучайно се спряхме на материал „Феникс“, характеризиращ се с лесна поддръжка за практичност. Всички свободно стоящи мебели са емблематични, на известни италиански производители, подбрани внимателно да си кореспондират и допринасят за хармоничното звучене на проекта. Да остаряват благородно и да не губят стойността си във времето. Изключително внимателно сме подходили към концептуалното осветление, то не само създава различна атмосфера, но и подсилва текстили и материали, насочва вниманието към съответните произведения на изкуството. Всички картини са внимателно селектирани от колекционери и са на известни български и европейски художници. Една от особеностите бе, да усвоим максимално добре коридорите. Част от тях приобщихме към дневната, отделени посредством плъзгаща се в шлиц врата. Основен акцент в останалата част е осветителна инсталация, придаваща загадъчност и дълбочина. Гордеем се с интересното решение за баня към основна спалня. При проектирането я разделихме на три зони - WC, душ и мивки с тоалетка, което позволява безпроблемното едновременно ползване от двамата си обитатели.\r\n\r\nThe apartment is located in a modern capital city building.\r\nThe assignors are traveling people with a sense of aesthetics and art. Our priority was to design a home tailored to their needs and lifestyle, to create a modern but timeless environment where you look forward to coming home. The apartment has a living area of 280 sq.m., including a living room, a bedroom with an adjoining closet, a bathroom and an office, a guest toilet, a guest bathroom, a closet with a utility room, corridors and a children's room. The main materials used are natural stone, parquet, veneer, glass and metal. For the kitchen and the hallway paneling, we deliberately decided on the \"Phoenix\" material, characterized by easy maintenance, for practicality. All free-standing furniture pieces are emblematic, from well-known Italian manufacturers, carefully selected to correspond and contribute to the harmonious sound of the project, to age gracefully and not lose their value over time. We have approached the conceptual lighting extremely carefully; it not only creates a different atmosphere, but also enhances the different textiles and materials, and draws attention to the relevant works of art. All paintings are carefully selected by collectors and are by famous Bulgarian and European artists. One of the specific features was to use the spaces in the corridors to the maximum possible extent. We connected part of them to the living room, with a separation by a door sliding in a slot. The main accent in the remaining part of the corridor spaces is a lighting installation, giving mystery and depth. We are proud of the intriguing solution for a bathroom to the master bedroom.
