предизвикателствата и този дом определено ни ги даде.\r\nСъздадохме устойчив във времето дизайн, залагайки на класически орнаменти по стени, интериорни врати, окачени тавани и корнизи; материали, синоним на лукс – мрамор в различни вариации, паркет от естествен орех, златно в мат и нюанси на трюфел и слонова кост.\r\nВнесохме нотка модерност с правите форми и използването на метал и стъкло в корпусната мебел.\r\nВсичко това е допълнено с осветление на много зони, възможност за амбиентно осветление и плътен текстил, придаващ мекота и уют.\r\nЗа да оползотворим максимално пространството и да получим липсващото място за съхранение, направихме основен архитектурен редизайн на двете бани и стените на вратите. Така в банята в коридора поставихме перално помещение, скрито в килер до тавана, поставихме голям гардероб в главната спалня, като оставихме достатъчно място в спалнята. И отново използвахме любимия си трик за оптимизиране на пространството – в основната баня се влиза през интериорна врата, интегрирана в гардероба.\r\nИмахме щастието да реализираме идейния 3D проект в пълна свобода, докрай, без промени от страна на клиента. Времето от влизането на строително-ремонтна бригада за къртене на стени до предаването на апартамента на собствениците във вида и състоянието на снимките е 12 месеца.\r\n\r\nClassical but also modern, luxurious but not cold, elegant but cozy – all these sensations are intertwined in a Neoclassic home.\r\n\r\nWe love challenges and this home definitely gave them to us.\r\n\r\nWe created a timeless design, relying on classic ornaments on the walls, interior doors, suspended ceilings, and cornices; materials synonymous with luxury – marble in various variations, natural walnut parquet, and shades of truffle and ivory.\r\n\r\nWe introduced a touch of modernity with the straight shapes, and the use of metal and glass in the cabinet furniture.\r\n\r\nAll this is filled with many zones of lighting, the possibility of ambient lighting, and thick textiles giving softness and coziness.\r\n\r\nIn order to make the most of the space and get the missing storage space, we did a major architectural redesign of the two bathrooms and the door walls. Thus, in the bathroom in the corridor, we set up a laundry room, hidden in a closet to the ceiling, we set up a large wardrobe in the master bedroom, leaving enough space in the bedroom. And again, we used our favorite space optimization trick – the master bathroom is entered through an interior door integrated into the wardrobe in a matching design.\r\n\r\nWe had the good fortune to realize the conceptual 3D project in complete freedom, to the end, without changes from the client’s side.
