Цветна схема:\r\nЗа дизайн концепцията сме изходили от brand book-a на Finalto.\r\nОсновни цветови акценти са петролено синьо, циан, жълто, гълъбово синьо, които чудесно кореспондират с дървесен декор. Проиграни са в различни материали и текстури - текстил, перфорирани листи ламарина, кутиеобразни профили; | Функционално зониране: \r\nОт предверието на асансьора има два огледални, странични входа към офиса, но нашите клиенти решиха да използват само десния, което ни подсказа, че това ще е най-честата позиция за възприемане на рецепцията, затова ротирахме обемите за съхранение зад нея спрямо тази гледна точка, така че от този хоризонт паната да се възприемат фронтално и слято, а върху тях стилизирано загатваме за дейностите на фирмата - безкрайните графики на световните финансови пазари. \r\nСъщите ротирани паралелепипеди транслирани по средата на помещението, само че вече не плътни, а от метал и перфорирана ламарина, с различна функция - на ниско сядане и модули за закачане на връхни дрехи - делят двете работни зони, като по този начин ограничават визуалния контакт, но благодарение на постигнатата ажурност от материали, светлината достига и до най-дълбоките зони на помещението. \r\nСлед 1ва  и 2ра “стена” с ротирани паралелепипеди следва трета, която дели втората работна зона от релакс зоната с прекрасна гледка към София. В композицията е намерена функция на шкафчета за лични вещи от страна на работещите, а от към релакс зоната - кашпи с естествена зеленина. \r\nНиски шкафове за лични вещи рамкират и обслужват първата работна зона, замислени с отвори за ползване от бюрата, а достъпа до големите обеми е обърнат към периферните ходови линии. Акцент са разместените дръжки по вертикала от плексиглас, на които е гравиран номерът на всяко шкафче.  \r\nПодходихме нестандартно при проектирането на кухнята и къта за хранене, като оставихме основната корпусна мебел свободно стояща спрямо общото помещение, оставяйки два отвора за влизане и излизане. Гърбът на кухнята представлява обеми за съхранение на лични вещи с познатите вече сини дръжки от плексиглас. | Ходови линии:\r\nЗавареният план на етажната плоча и всички чупки по вертикала отправиха първото предизвикателство към нас. След като обособихме основните работни зони в “open space” пространството, решихме главните и второстепенни ходови линии, дойде ред визуално да се погрижим за всички дадености на помещението. В най-тъмния цвят от корпоративната палитра потънаха всички чупки по хоризонтала и вертикала, така тези особености се приглушиха, а четлива за окото остана правата линията на отсичане при таван и под. Тези две периферни ходови линии и границата им с работната зона, освен чисто цветово, се подчертават още веднъж с LED осветление по протежението им.\r\nПредимство бе, че самата архитектура позволи останалите зони като кухня, IT и сървърно помещение, мениджърски офиси, администрация, зала за развлечение, конферентна зала, функции, които все търпят сепариране,  да се поместят в периферните ядра на етажа.\r\nРазличните помещения и функциите им са маркирани с вертикални елементи от перфорирана ламарина в цвят. |\r\nОсветление:\r\nЗаварихме растерен таван, на който преместихме лед панелите спрямо новополучилите се работни и релакс зони, оставихме го бял, защото помещението е дълго и ниско, решихме да акцентираме на цветните четирикрили осветителни тела, които светят нагоре с цел да не дразнят окото при работа. Така, насищайки “небето” с тези пъстри въртележки, те стават основен акцент на офисния интериор в общото пространство, налагайки тенденцията всичко под него да търсим в обрани и ненатрапчиви тонове, затова столовете и бюрата са в бяло, разделителите в сив текстил.\r\nИзхождайки от геометрията на основните осветителни тела, получихме второстепенните  осветителни тела при кухня, при рецепция, в администрация и IT сървърно, конфертна зала.\r\nТе са със същата идея, но олекотени като визия и дизайн под формата на кутиеобразни LED профили в цвят, които светят в този случай надолу. \r\nТаванът на стаята за развлечение е отново растерен, но тук сме сменили някои от панелите с перфо ламарина под формата на тетрис блокове и светнали линеарни пури над тях. В конферентната зала е повторена идеята с жълт цветен блок перфорирана ламарина над масата, допълнена от линеарни LED профили. | Интериорът на офиса е приятен микс на стилове, който ще се хареса на голям кръг от хора в забързания град.\r\nEN Interior design Office Finalto Bulgaria | Location: Grami Business center, Sofia | area: 590sq.m. | photos: Studio Blenda | \r\n\r\nColor scheme | For the design concept, we started from the brand book of Finalto.\r\nMain color accents are petrol blue, cyan, yellow, dove blue, which perfectly correspond to the wooden decor. In the whole project they are seen on different materials and textures - textiles, perforated sheets of sheet metal, box-shaped profiles; |\r\nFunctional zoning | From the lift vestibule there are two mirrored side entrances to the office, but our clients decided to only use the right one, which showed us that this would be the most common position to perceive the reception area, so we rotated the storage volumes behind it in relation to this perspective, so that from this point the panels are perceived frontally and united. We hint in a stylized way about the company's activities on them - the endless graphics of the world's financial markets.\r\nThe same rotated parallelepipeds translated in the middle of the room, only no longer solid, but made of metal and perforated sheet metal, with a different function - of low seating and modules for hanging outerwear - divide the two work areas, without limiting visual contact. Thanks to the achieved openwork of materials, the light also reaches the deepest areas of the room.\r\nAfter the 1st and 2nd \"walls\" with rotated parallelepipeds, there is a third, which separates the second work area from the relaxation area with a wonderful view of Sofia and to the mountain. In the composition lockers for personal belongings could be found on the side of the workers, and on the side of the relaxation area - planters with natural greenery.\r\nLow cabinets for personal belongings frame and serve the first work area, designed with openings for use by the desks, and access to the large storage volumes facing the peripheral traffic flows zones. A highlight are the vertically offset Plexiglas handles, on which the number of each locker is engraved.\r\nWe took a non-standard approach to the design of the kitchen and dining area, leaving the main cabinet furniture free-standing in relation to the common room, leaving two openings for entry and exit. The back of the kitchen is a volume of lockers for storing personal belongings with the familiar blue plexiglas handles. | Тraffic flows | The welded floor plan and all the vertical breaks presented the first challenge to us. After we have identified the main working areas in the \"open space\", decided the main and secondary lines, it was time to visually take care of all the givens of the room. In the darkest color from the corporate palette, all the horizontal and vertical bangs sank, so these features were muted, and the straight line of cutting at the ceiling and floor remained legible to the eye. These two peripheral traffic flows lines and their boundary with the working area (besides in color), are highlighted once again with LED lighting along them. An advantage was that the architecture itself allowed the other areas such as kitchen, IT and server room, management offices, administration, entertainment room, conference room, functions that still tolerate separation, to be placed in the peripheral cores of the floor.\r\nThe different rooms and their functions are marked with vertical elements of perforated sheet metal in the corporate colors. | \r\nLighting | We moved the LED panels on the existing raster ceiling in relation to the newly obtained work and relaxation areas. We left it white because the room geometry is long and the ceiling high -  low. We decided to emphasize the colored four-wing lighting fixtures that shine upwards in order not to irritate the eye when working. This way, saturating the \"sky\" with these colorful carousels, they become the main accent of the office interior in the common space, forcing the tendency to look for everything below it in monotonous tones, that's why the chairs and desks are in white, the dividers and floor carpet in gray textiles. \r\nBased on the geometry of the main lighting fixtures, we got the secondary lighting fixtures at the kitchen, at the reception, in the administration and IT server and in the conference room.\r\nThey have the same idea, but lightened in appearance and design in the form of box-shaped LED profiles in color, which in this case light downwards.\r\nThe ceiling of the recreation room is again rastered, but here we have replaced some of the panels with perforated sheet metal in the form of Tetris blocks and lit linear LED pipes above them. In the conference hall, the idea is repeated with a yellow color block of perforated sheet metal above the table, complemented by linear LED profiles in color. |  A functional office layout is essential for maximizing productivity and creating an efficient workflow.
