Huawei","office-huawei","The new office of the tech giant Huawei meets innovation and pure functionality with human scale and comfort. Inspired to create a contemporary workspace, we were looking for  the fine balance between more open and more focused  spaces, while meeting the needs and requirements of the company. A balanced palette of soft and light gradient tones, in combination with contrasting elements and fine details, give individuality to each area and an overall feeling of a cozy and stylish workplace.\r\nThe diversity of the office landscape is achieved with a skillful alternation between open work spaces and corners for relaxation and collaboration, coffee areas, niches for individual conversations and diverse meeting and video conference rooms.\r\nThe renovation of the existing office environment intended to produce a result with a distinctively better spatial quality, and for this a purposeful reworking of the building installations was set in order to provide greater clear height in the working spaces.\r\nOne of the main guide lines in the project is the relationship between man and nature and the integration of concepts from the biophilic design. This direction also determined the color palette of the flooring, the acoustic surfaces and the extensive use of natural interior landscaping, which directly contribute to the comfort of the employees. Low furniture with natural vegetation provide personal storage space and define human-scale zones in the open plan of the work area, with the plants selected to individualize the different corners. The purpose of the new office was to stimulate communication and the exchange of experience between employees, through inspiring and diverse spaces.     \r\n\r\nНовият офис на технологичния гигант  Huawei среща иновациите и изчистената функционалност с човешкия мащаб и уюта.  Вдъхновени да създадем съвременно работно пространство, ние търсехме финия баланс между отворени и закътани пространства, същевременно отговарящи на нуждите и изискванията на компанията. Балансирана палитра от преливащи меки и светли тонове, в комбинацията с контрастни елементи и фини детайли, придават индивидуалност на всяка зона и едно цялостно усещане за уютно и стилно работно място. \r\nРазнообразието на офис пейзажа е постигнато с умело редуване между отворени работни пространства и кътове за отдих и колаборация, кафе зони, ниши за индивидуални разговори и разнородни зали за срещи и видеоконференции.  \r\nНамесите в съществуващата материална среда имаха за цел да доведат до един наистина качествено различен резултат, като за тази цел бе заложена  целенасочена преработка на сградните инсталации, за да може да се осигурим по-голяма височина в работните пространства.  \r\nЕдна от основните водещи линия в проекта е връзката на човека с природата и интеграцията на концепции от биофилния дизайн. Тази посока предопредели и цветовата палитра на настилките, акустичните повърхности и широката употреба на естествено интериорно озеленяване, които пряко допринасят за комфорта на служителите. Ниските мебели с естествена растителност, осигуряват лично пространство за съхранение и обособяват зони с човешки мащаб в отворения план на работната площ, като растенията са така подбрани, че да индивидуализират различните кътове.
