Водещ за проекта е акустичният комфорт, създаден чрез големи тапицирани повърхности, а цветовото решение следва комбинацията на корпоративните цветове на Manpower с допълващи ги пастелни тонове. Дизайнерите прецизно разработват и цялостното графично оформление в работните пространства – интерпретация на фирмената идентичност на компанията възложител.Като места за провеждане на основната дейност на Manpower, залите за срещи и провеждане на интервюта за работа получават специално внимание по време на проектирането – с ненатрапчив, лек и естетичен съвременен дизайн. Всяка от залите има собствено цветово оформление и различен тип сядане, а когато не се използва по предназначение, служи за уединение и индивидуална работа.Партерното ниво се състои от фоайе със зона за изчакване, три зали за провеждане на интервюта, кухненски бокс, малък архив и две обучителни зали за 10-12 души, всяка, с възможност за обединяване.
