Проектът включва трансформация на вътрешното пространство, обновяване на фасадата на партерно ниво и прилежащия двор. Сградата, намираща се на оживен централен булевард, е в доста лошо първоначално състояние. Желанието на инвеститора за съвременен отличителен характер на фасадата насочва проектантите към минималистично решение, което да подчертае силуета на сградата с неутрални тонове и прецизен детайл, а тъмните линии и рамки обобщават отворите, насочват посетителя и вдъхват усещане за стабилност. Проектът е истинско предизвикателство предвид цялостното преконфигуриране на етажа и адаптиране на новите функции. Налага се обследване на конструктивни елементи, разрушаване и изграждане на преградни стени, подмяна на всички инсталации. На площ от около 150 кв.м са разположени четири самостоятелни кабинета, заседателна зала, фоайе и обслужващи площи. За постигане на необходимата светлина в интериора вътрешните обеми са обособени посредством стъклени прегради, светли гладки повърхности, светлинни и огледални ефекти, а инсталациите са скрити в мебелите. Контрапункт на изцяло ортогоналната схема на зониране се явява рецепцията, подчертана чрез лека екстравагантна аморфна форма, разработена изцяло от архитектите. Акценти са леко опушеният тониран дъб в мебели и настилки, широкоформатните гранитогресни плочи с активен рисунък и стилните осветителни тела. Във вътрешната част на офиса е запазена логиката на пространственото планиране, обемите преливат един в друг и водят към зеленината и спокойствието във вътрешния двор.   \r\n                                                                                                         Office PE is a project of a thorough refurbishment of a non-functioning café into a high-end office of a Bulgarian holding. The interior is entirely transformed, the ground floor façade is refaced along with the backyard. The building is located on a busy central boulevard, but had been dilapidated until the intervention. Following the client`s vision of a contemporary and remarkable façade the architects developed a minimalistic design which emphasize the silhouette of the building by neutral tones and precise detail, the rigid black frames bring a sense of stability. The project was a challenge as the entire floor is reconfigured and adapted to the new functions. A survey of the structure was performed, partition walls were demolished or built anew, all the engineering infrastructure was reinstalled. \r\nOn the area of 150 sq.m are located four individual offices, a meeting room, a reception area and service rooms. In order to enlighten the interior, glass partitions are introduced along with light smooth surfaces, visual effects of lighting and mirrors. Focal point of the design is the reception desk with its extravagant amorphic shape which counteracts the strict orthogonal planning scheme. Other strong accents are the smoky toned oak of the furniture and flooring, large format ceramic tiles with active patterns and the stylish lighting fixtures.
