Неговата площ е 90 кв. м., а разположението включва: входно антре, дневна с кухня и трапезария, спалня, кабинет, две бани и мокро помещение.\r\nЕдни от силно застъпените елементи са дървесните текстури, внасящи естествен природен привкус. Всички мебелни решения са проектирани от пода до тавана, като по този начин се оползотворява ефктивно площта и се осугиряват допълнителни пространства за съхранение.\r\nИ тук сме заложили на мраморни текстури, с ясното послание за изтънчена визия, която те създават. Приложихме ги при кухненския плот, който е от технически камък, както и при кашпата, зад меката мебел в основното помещение. Цветовата гама и използваните материали в целия проект са подбрани и съобразени така, че да запазим усещането за хомогенност в различните помещения.
