Казбек 63, гр. София. \r\nРеализацията на обекта включва проект за смяна на предназначение, цялостно преустройство с демонтаж на всички съществуващи леки преградни стени и изграждането на нови за сепариране на отделните помещения; нова електро и вик инсталация; цялостна преработка на системите за ОВК, пожарогасене и пожароизвестяване, изграждане на система за видеонаблюдение и контрол на достъпа, цялостно обзавеждане и оборудване.\r\n \r\nОбектът е с обща площ 200 кв.м. Светлата височина в представителната част е 4м., а в коридор, кабинети и помощни помещения - 3м. Непосредствено след входа са организирани зона за изчакване и рекреация, рецепция и санитарен възел. Общото пространство се влива в коридор, от който са достъпни шест козметични и един лекарски кабинет, както и обслужващите помещения.\r\n \r\nЛайтмотивът в интериора са овалните форми. Голямата светла височина предефинира овалните обеми и създава усещане за простор и безкрайност. Това чувство се засилва от настилката от микроцимент с фина фракция и алуминиевия подов перваз в негатив във всички помещения. Финишът на стените е от снежен латекс, редуващ се с дървесни ламперии, облицовки от бронзов HPL и широкоформатни керамични фаши Laminam, създаващи илюзия за метална мрежа. \r\n \r\nВсичко в интериора е чисто, светло, подчертано от акценти в бронзов финиш и дървесен фладер. По този начин се създава единен, но многопластов интериор с контрастни елементи.\r\n \r\nСилен акцент е инсталацията в рецепция от огънати прахово боядисани алуминиеви листи с форма на вълни и фини цилиндрични пендели, която превръща тавана в плаващ елемент. Те перфектно си кореспондират с водния ефект, по който водата се стича под различни меки форми по стъклена конструкция. Овалната рецепция е изработена от минерални плочи Kerock Terrazzo с фина структура, като плотът за клиенти е кантиран с бронзов HPL.\r\nSATORI is a high-end aesthetic centre, located at 63, Kazbek St., town of Sofia.\r\n The realisation of the project includes a project for change of the purpose of use, complete reconstruction with demolition of all existing partition walls and construction of new ones to separate the individual premises; new electrical and plumbing installations; complete reworking of HVAC, fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems, construction of a video surveillance and access control system, complete furnishing and equipment.\r\n The total area of the site is 200 sq. m. The height of the representative area is 4 m. and the height in the corridor, cabinets and auxiliary rooms - 3 m. An area for waiting and recreation, a reception desk and a sanitary unit are organised immediately after the entrance. The common space flows into a corridor, from which six cosmetics and one medical office, as well as the service rooms are accessible.\r\n The leitmotif in the interior are the oval shapes. The great height redefines the oval volumes and creates a sense of spaciousness and infinity. This feeling is enhanced by the fine fraction microcement flooring and the negative aluminium floor skirting in all rooms. The finishing of the walls is made of snow- white interior paint, alternating with wooden paneling, bronze HPL linings and wide-format ceramic tiles Laminam, creating an illusion of a metal mesh.\r\n Everything in the interior is clean, light, emphasised by accents in bronze metal finish and wood. Thus, a uniform, yet multi-layer interior, with contrasting elements is created.\r\n The installation in the reception room of curved powder-coated aluminium sheets with the shape of waves and fine cylindrical pendants is a strong accent, which turns the ceiling into a floating element. They correspond perfectly to the water effect, along which the water flows in various soft shapes along the glass structure. The oval reception desk is made of mineral slabs Kerock Terrazzo with a fine structure and the counter for customers has a bronze HPL
