Nestled amid the natural beauty and ancient healing power of the Burgas Mineral Baths, at the foot of the Eastern Balkan Mountains and in close proximity to the Black Sea coast, Therma Numera stands as a contemporary temple of health.\r\n\r\nThe combination of curative natural resources and cutting-edge technology, traditional therapies and modern medicine defines the mission of Therma Numera – to decode the code of longevity.\r\n\r\n------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Тази мисия е въплътена в концепцията на проекта. Ниските светли височини, унаследени от завареното архитектурно решение в комплекса, предопределят проектирането на минималистични пространства с щедро фасадно остъкляване, което кадрира живописни гледки. Този семпъл похват позволява на въздух, светлина и природа да проникнат осезаемо и в дълбочина дори в най-отдалечените зони за почивка. Усещането за лекота, въздушност и простор спомага за психическото и емоционално освобождаване на посетителите.\r\n\r\nTERRA (земя). Заземяването, или връзката със стихията земя, се изразява в цялостното материално оформление на комплекса. Стени, под и таван са покрити с традиционен римски хоросан – препратка към древната история на региона. Използвайки дълбокото знание от миналото, претворено чрез съвременни технологии, сместа от вулканична пепел, керамичен прах и речен пясък създава здравословно, екологично и устойчиво покритие на вътрешните пространства.\r\n\r\nСензорното усещане за земята е подсилено от бучардисаните керамични плочи в спа комплекса, както и от характерния за региона сив мрамор, машинно фрезован, за да превърне семплия материал в тактилен език на стихията.\r\n\r\nAQUA (вода). Минералната вода в Бургаските минерални бани е неизменна част от историята на региона, свързана с античния извор Акве Калиде. Известен още от времето на траките, този извор се смята за свещен заради лековитата сила на водата. В Therma Numera стихията вода буквално навлиза в спа етажа на комплекса чрез свързаните вътрешен и външен хипертермални минерални басейни, като водното преживяване се обогатява от солен минерален басейн, „кнайп“ басейн и джакузи. Nature and advanced technology converge to create truly healing spaces across an area of 7,000 m² – including a spa center, cryo center, medical and detox zones, a fitness center, restaurant, outdoor gardens and pools, and a hotel.\r\n\r\nInspired by the elements – air, earth, and water, which have shaped the region’s mineral springs, the interior and landscape design of the complex reimagine these forces through a refined synthesis of contemporary technologies and traditional craftsmanship. Materials, textures, forms, and colors guide visitors through a healing, sensory, and harmonizing experience.\r\n\r\nAER (Air). The low ceiling heights, inherited from the existing architectural structure of the complex, dictated the design of minimalist spaces with generous facade glazing that frames picturesque views. This subtle design approach allows air, light, and nature to flow perceptibly and deeply into even the most secluded relaxation areas. The resulting sense of lightness, openness, and spaciousness fosters the visitors’ psychological and emotional release.\r\n\r\nTERRA (Earth). Grounding — or the connection with the element of earth — is expressed through the overall material composition of the complex. Walls, floors, and ceilings are coated with traditional Roman mortar, a reference to the region’s ancient history. Drawing on ancestral knowledge reinterpreted through contemporary technology, the blend of volcanic ash, ceramic powder, and river sand creates a healthy, ecological, and durable finish for the interior spaces.\r\n\r\nThe sensory perception of earth is enhanced by bush-hammered ceramic tiles throughout the spa, as well as by the characteristic local gray marble, CNC-milled to transform this simple material into a tactile language of the element.\r\n\r\nAQUA (Water). The mineral water of the Burgas Mineral Baths is an inseparable part of the region’s history, linked to the ancient spring of Aquae Calidae. Known since the time of the Thracians, this spring was considered sacred for its healing power. At Therma Numera, the element of water literally flows into the spa level of the complex through connected indoor and outdoor hyperthermal mineral pools. The aquatic experience is enriched by a salt mineral pool, a Kneipp pool, and jacuzzis. The symbolic meaning of water — as an element of constant motion and transformation — is interpreted through various materials and details: tactile ceramic wall tiles of varying thickness that create the illusion of movement within the spa; smooth, rounded river stones used as aggregate in the outdoor paving; the custom parametric “Ripple” panel with a water effect in the restaurant; and the playful reflections of stainless-steel details, partial aluminum ceilings, and metal furnishings.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Функционално комплексът Therma Numera е организиран в три етажа, предлагащи разнообразни зони за комфорт и възстановяване. Спа зоната предлага закрита и открита част с минерални басейни, джакузи, „кнайп“ басейн, солен минерален басейн, инфрачервена и финландска сауна, парна баня, солна стая, стая за релакс, ванички, пилинг и „кнайп“ душове, съблекални, сауна градина, слънчеви градини и масажни помещения. Комплексът включва още крио център, както и етаж с медицински и детокс центрове, и масажни студиа. On the ground floor, a spacious foyer provides quick access to the restaurant and fitness center. The restaurant itself features an independent entrance, an interior space with generous façade glazing, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the picturesque exterior pool. The spa zone includes both indoor and outdoor areas with mineral pools, jacuzzis, a Kneipp pool, a salt mineral pool, infrared and Finnish saunas, a steam bath, salt room, relaxation lounge, hydrotherapy tubs, peeling and Kneipp showers, changing rooms, a sauna garden, sun gardens, and massage rooms. The complex also houses a cryo center, a medical and detox floor, and massage studios.
