Апартамента е бил проектиран с отделни стаи \u002Fхол , кухня \u002Fи тераса \r\nСлед ремонта е премахната преградната стена между хола и кухнята , и така помещението става едно общо,  като в него е вкарана и терасата .Проектирано е в това помещение  да има кухня ,столова и холна част.\r\nВ холната част има : диван ъглов с лежанка готов от мебелен магазин ,холна маса също готова от мебелен магазин , ТВ секция , която е направена по- поръчка от  МДФ материал и осветително тяло избрано от \r\nинтернет магазин .При столовата , масата и столовете са избрани от мебелен магазин , а скрина ,това е много скъп спомен на клиента , който много държеше да го има , и затова го запазихме , като го \r\nсложих ме и пасна на стената на столовата, за да се вписва добре скрина стената зад него я направихме в АРТ мазилка  , осветителното тяло е също  избрано от интернет магазин .Кухнята е направена от масивно дърво\r\n по -поръчка в стил АРТ деко с дизайна на помещението , вградени са модерни \r\nелектроуреди , като част от кухнята продължава към терасата .В частта от терасата е направено и вградено барбекю с отделен аспиратор за него.\r\nТаваните са окачени тип куфар изпълнени от гипсокартон със скрито осветление и корнизи , към тях са монтирани осветителни тела тип\u002Fлуни\u002F.Пода е останал от преди ремонта -паркет , само е циклен и лакиран ,\r\nкато само в кухненската част и терасата пода е от плочки гранитогрес имитиращ  дърво .\r\nПердетата са направени по  поръчка с дизайна на помещението .Добавени са и декоративни елементи , като картина и часовник \u002Fтези детайли са с изискването на клиента , който е фен на футболен отбор Арсенал \u002F\r\n\r\nThe apartment building was built in 1971.
