Градина\u002F Apple Orchard","iablkova-gradina","Проект “Ябълкова градина” представлява Г‑образен етаж от къща, преобразуван в първи дом на млада и социална двойка. Стремежът към трансформация беше сред фундаментите на проекта. В него преплетохме съвременен минималистичен дизайн с практично функционално разпределение, което обещава спокойствие.\r\n\r\nСветлата жилищна площ е 80 кв.м, в еднопространствена форма. Това наложи да обмислим внимателно пропорциите на помещенията, за да разгърнем едно оптимално мащабирано двустайно жилище. Поради изискването да не изменяме конструкцията на къщата, спалнята остана преходна към дневното пространство. Отделихме я с преградна стена и скрихме вратата като продължение на холната библиотека. Така интимното и елегантно пространство остава скрито за посетителите в дневната. По естествен начин се случва и отделянето на кухненската част от дневното пространство – визуално от позицията на носеща греда и естествено стесняване на подхода, следвано от формата на разпределението.\r\n\r\nКухненската зона бе решена спрямо съществуващите изводи за вода, което предопредели позицията на мивка и миялна на късата стена. Същевременно, това ни позволи да отворим по-дълъг работен плот пред прозореца.\r\nНай-запомнящият се елемент е отделеният уиски бар със собствен хладилник. Целта ни беше да преобразим това кътче без да жертваме уюта на апартамента и в същото време да създадем място, което провокира и приканва. Оставихме бара отворен, с огледален гръб и оборудван с всичко необходимо за перфектния коктейл!\r\n\r\nПри настилките заложихме на гранитогрес с текстура мрамор, която се появява на гърба на кухнята, за да прелеем материала и в стенните обшивки. \r\n\r\n\r\nКомпозирахме този вечно модерен камък редом до визията на бетон, дървени фладери и цветни тапицерии. Бюджетът на младото семейството ни ориентира към икономически изгодните материали като ПДЧ и ламинат, а в дневния кът използвахме естествен трислоен паркет.\r\n\r\nСмелите цветове на дамаски и пердета допълниха излъчването на изпълнена с плодове “Ябълкова градина”.\r\n____\r\n\r\n'Apple Orchard' is an interior project combining contemporary minimalism with practical solutions which promise functionality and calmness. Its inhabitants are a young and social couple. The living area is 80 sq.m. with an L-shaped open floor plan on the first floor of an old house. The strive for transformation here was fundamental. \r\n\r\nWe carefully considered the proportions of the rooms to construct an optimally scaled two-bedroom home. A strict requirement was not to alter the structure of the house. Due to this, the bedroom remained transitional to the living space. We installed a partition wall to separate the two and planned the door as an extension of the living room library. Thus, the intimate and elegant bedroom remains hidden. The separation of the kitchen from the living area also occurred naturally – visually, from the position of the supporting beam with a natural narrowing followed by the shape of the layout.\r\n\r\nThe kitchen's design was tailored to the existing water outlets, which predetermined the position of the sink and dishwasher on the short wall. At the same time, this allowed us to open up a longer worktop in front of the window. \r\n \r\nThe most striking feature is the separate whiskey bar with a mini-fridge. Our goal was to transform this corner without sacrificing the overall cosiness of the apartment while creating a place that intrigues and invites. We left the bar open, with a mirrored back equipped with everything you need for the perfect cocktail!\r\n\r\nFor the flooring, we opted for granite tiles with a marble texture, which appears on the back of the kitchen, blending into the wall cladding for a cohesive look. We paired the timelessly modern stone with the look of concrete, wood flankers and coloured trim.
