в същестуващото разпределение на първи етаж.\r\nЕдин от клиентите е художник и в първоначалният архитектурен проект на втория етаж е предвидено ателие, както и една малка спалня със свързана баня. Впоследствие се наложи да се обособи допълнителна спалня и с оглед на възможностите, които пространствата предоставят, разработихме предложение, което включва две самостоятелни спални помещения, домашна офис зона и отделна баня, а ателието намери своето място в съседна, вече съществуваща сграда в имота.\r\nПроектът предвижда дострояване с двойна височина на дневната на следващ етап.
