международна общност от дигитални номади, живеещи в над 200 студиа и апартамента.\n\nДа запазим характера, не да го изтрием\nСградата отвътре съчетава характерния за комунизма брутализъм с интериорни елементи от 50-те години. Да не ги вземем предвид и да премахнем морално остарели, но много здрави материали като мрамор, естествено дърво и мебели от масив, би било напълно неустойчиво, затова грижливо ги запазваме и надграждаме със съвременни щрихи.\n\nФоайе с мрамор, мозайка и месинг\nМраморната подова настилка е полирана и покрита с хотелски килим по поръчка, който добавя акустичност и уют в голямото фоайе и импонира на мащабния стенен детайл от ръчна мозайка. Добавяме повече пълнота с големи месингови осветителни тела по наш дизайн.\n\nЖилищни секции и селфи кът\nОбединихме трите жилищни секции, които следват една линия на дизайна: лесни за поддръжка полиуретанови подове и фолирани стени. Помислихме и за селфи кът във всеки коридор, с логото на комплекса; триъгълният градиент напомня стилизирана форма на вечнозелена ела.\n\nСтудиата и апартаментите: съвременни, изчистени и хитри\nОт общите коридори преминаваме без преход с полиуретанова, лесна за поддръжка настилка в кухнята, което допринася и за визуалното разделение на зоните в студиото. Стените са защитени и лесни за почистване и ребрандиране с фолио, с рисунка на планински върхове и лифт, тематична за мястото. Светлите тонове на стените и корпусните мебели разширяват пространството, а акцентните цветове са всъщност цветовете на корпоративната идентичност на Коливинг Семково. Ламинатът, подреден на диагонал по пода и стените, разширява пространството и повтаря детайла от общите
