Такъв е и естественият кварц в този проект, използван като впечатляващ акцентен детайл в дневната зона. Високата пропускливост в комбинация с подходящото амбиентно осветление, създават уютна и елегантна атмосфера. Решението за настилка са широкоформатни плочи, които да минимизират сегментите в пода, визуално спомагайки за възприятието на по-голямо пространство. Ясно изразените медно-кафяви мраморни нишки хармонират отлично с останалите елементи от камък. А дълбоките контрасти са подчертани с част от мебелните решения и акцентното осветление.В съществуващата архитектурна планировка на проект LО4,няма предвидена самостоятелна входна част. За да се създаде разграниченост във функциите на отделните помещения е проектирана мебелна композиция с две лица, служеща като преграда. Антрето и коридора са обединени в едно общо помещение ,тъй като оригинално са планирани като две по-малки помещения с преход към банята. По този начин е постигнато усещане за повече простор и по-добри ходови линии.
