Състои се от входно антре, кухня и трапезария, дневна, спалня, детска спалня, баня, тоалетна и мокро помещение. Общата площ е 65кв.м .Изчистени линии и фина изтънченост са основните характеристики на съвременния стил, който наложихме в този проект. Определено графитено сивият цвят има сериозна заслуга за цялостното усещане за стил и елегантност. Дървесните акценти се включват повече от успешно и поставят ярък контраст. Те могат да бъдат изпълнение както от ПДЧ така и от МДФ. Разположението им е предимно по стените създава усещане за топлина и уют. Въпреки, че дневната е отделена от зоната за хранене, общата хомогенност на проект е запазена.\nСпалнята и детската стая са изключително семпли и стилни. И тук влиянието на тъмните тонове и природните елементи е силно осезаемо. Наличието на голяма огледална повърхност, създава усещането за повече обем.
