Този нестандартен интериор на апартамент съчетава очарованието на стария свят със съвременния комфорт, като гарантира, че всеки ъгъл излъчва елегантност. Основни акценти са винтидж осветителни тела, дървени греди, класически мебели. Стените са с завършени с латекс със златни перли, класически рамки и винилов тапет. \r\nАпартаментът, разположен в стара сграда, изискваше ново разпределение, както и обновление на ВИК и електрическите инсталации. Холът, трапезарията и кухнята бяха обединени чрез премахване на вратата към кухнята и изграждане на арка, която свързва хола и трапезария. За повече натурална светлина в кухненския кът, приобщихме част от терасата а към неусвоената част, иградихме голям бар-плот с директна връзка към кухнята.\r\nХол е зониран на три части: релакс, работа и забавления (пиано). Дълга секция от вратата до прозореца дели тези зони, а в центъра е каменната стена с декоративна камина. Работният кът е стилно интегриран в мебелите, а големият П-образен диван разделя хола от трапезарията.\r\nВ главната спланя, приобщихме неизползваема тясна тераса която превърнахме в работно пространство а в простратвата около него – допълнителни гардероби.\r\n Детската стая е проектирана за малък откривател, който обожава приключения, арехология и най-вече -  динозаври. В помощението сме заложили опции за бърза трансформацията, така че той да може да расте заедно с детето.\r\n Мокрите помещения претърпяха най-голяма трансформация. За да се използва максимално пространството, бяха изградени две функционални бани, мокро помещение в коридора и килер. Банята за гости е минималистична, с площ от 1,5 кв.м, с душ зона и ниша за съхранение. Основната баня е разделена с декоративна стена, която прикрива душ зоната.\r\n..............................................................................................................................\r\nThe desire of our clients for a home inspired by the warmth of rustic style was an inspiring challenge. This unconventional apartment interior combines the charm of the old world with modern comfort, ensuring that every corner radiates elegance. Key highlights include vintage light fixtures, wooden beams, and classic furniture. The walls are finished with latex paint with gold pearls, classic frames, and vinyl wallpaper.\r\nThe apartment, located in an old building, required a new layout as well as updates to the plumbing and electrical installations. The living room, dining area, and kitchen were unified by removing the door to the kitchen and creating an arch that connects the living room and dining area. To bring in more natural light to the kitchen, we incorporated part of the terrace and built a large bar counter with a direct connection to the kitchen in the unused space.\r\nThe living room is zoned into three areas: relaxation, work, and entertainment (piano). A long bookcase from the door to the window divides these zones, with a stone wall and a decorative fireplace at the center. The work area is stylishly integrated into the furniture, and the large U-shaped sofa separates the living room from the dining area.\r\nIn the master bedroom, we incorporated an unused narrow terrace and turned it into a workspace, while on both sides we created additional wardrobes.\r\nThe children’s room is designed for a young explorer who loves adventure, archaeology, and especially dinosaurs. The room is designed with options for quick transformation so that it can grow with the child.\r\nThe wet areas underwent the most significant transformation. To make the most of the available space, two functional bathrooms were created, along with a laundry room in the hallway and a closet. The guest bathroom is minimalist, with an area of 1.5 sq.m., featuring a shower area and a storage niche.
