ПЛОВДИВ\r\n35 м.кв\r\n.\r\nМалките апартаменти винаги са интересно предизвикателство за нас, защото точно в такива пространства може изцяло да се използват придобитите ни от опита знания. Задание беше да превърнем 36 м.кв пространство в апартамент за две сестри студентки.  Благодарение на това, че апартаментът се намира на последен етаж, а самата сграда е доста начупена и с големи тераси, успяхме на ранен етап да усвоим част от терасата към спалнята, без да се промени фасадата или техническият проект на сградата. И даже при тази промяна терасата пред спалнята е изцяло съобразена с ергономичните изискванията. Решихме да махнем напълно стените на коридора и така получихме едно отворено пространство - хол с кухня. В кухнята събрахме всички нужни уреди, а работният плот плавно преминава в зоната за хранене. Удобният диван направихме по поръчка поради специфичните размери, защото тук проектът беше своеобразна битка за сентиметри и държахме да сме сигурни, че ще я спечелим. Огледалото, което е в ъгъла до прозореца създава оптическа илюзия за продължение на пространството. За осветлението направихме различни сценарии: ниско, средно и високо, за да осигурим необходимата светлина за осъществяване на първични и вторични дейности в жилището по всяко време. \r\n\r\nВ спалнята заложихме на фототапет  с гравюра, пенделите от месинг създадоха търсеното усещане за аристократичност, а тапицираното в розово легло добави младежка невинност. В спалнята успяхме да направим и място за работа с лаптоп, което беше едно от изискванията на клиентите ни.  Акцентирахме на светлината и топлите нюанси в тази спалня.\r\n\r\nКато резултат  получихме свеж и смел интериор, който не пита, а утвърждава. Всяка минута, прекарана в него те изпълва с позитивната му енергия, която те предизвиква да твориш и да се движиш напред. Но при това интериорът си остава уютен и семеен. Тук искаш да се върнеш, тук искаш да обичаш, тук искаш да живееш. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nSmall apartments are always an interesting challenge for us, because it is precisely in such spaces that our knowledge gained from experience can be fully used. The assignment was to turn 36 square meters of space into an apartment for two student sisters. Thanks to the fact that the apartment is on the top floor, and the building itself is with a quite irregular shapes and with large terraces, we managed at an early stage to unite part of the terrace to the bedroom without changing the facade or the technical design of the building. And even with this change, the terrace in front of the bedroom is fully compliant with ergonomic requirements. We decided to completely remove the walls of the corridor and thus got an open space - a living room with a kitchen. We managed to fit all the necessary appliances in the kitchen, and the worktop smoothly flows into the dining area. We made the comfortable sofa to order due to the specific dimensions, because here the project was a kind of battle for centimeters and we wanted to be sure that we would win it. The mirror in the corner next to the window creates an optical illusion of a continuation of the space. For the lighting, we made different scenarios: low, medium and high, to provide the necessary light to carry out primary and secondary activities in the home at all times.\r\n\r\nIn the bedroom, we opted for photo wallpaper with an engraving, the brass pendants created the sought-after sense of aristocracy, and the bed upholstered in pink added youthful innocence. In the bedroom, we managed to make a place to work with a laptop, which was one of the requirements of our customers. We emphasized on light and warm shades in this bedroom.\r\n\r\nAs a result, we got a fresh and bold interior that doesn't ask, but affirms. Every minute spent in it fills you with its positive energy, which challenges you to create and move forward. But the interior remains cozy and family-like.
