Собствениците заложиха на бюджетно решение с насоченост към модули и декорации от ИКЕА. От предложенитите няколко варианта за разпределение и вид \"разделяне\" на пространството, бе избран посоченият вариант. С декоративна и функционална цел са използвани ажурни модули от масив за изграждането на \"преградната стена\" с място за TV, както и вратички към ниски шкафове зад диван а ревизия, както и високия шкаф до дивана, в който е позициониран бойлер (по проект е заложен именно там). Тези ажурни модули от масив са заложени и като табла зад ледлото, както и гръб към бюрото- към тях е предвидено да се поставят плоскости\u002F рафтчета за по-голяма функционалност. Стените са решени в нежни натурални цветове, допълващи настроението от ажурните масивни елементи- бяло и светло-зелено. Тези цветове от своя страна, също се съчетават и ненатрапчиво подчертават лицето на кухнята- тъмносиво.
