CAVO Beach

Ресторант и бийч бар Каво Концепцията за бийч бар и ресторант “Cavo” край Созопол е вдъхновена от Гръцките острови. Автентичното усещане за лукс е оформено от избора на материали - предимно естествени и хармониращи с околната среда. Заведението е разделено на две търговски части- плажен бар и рестoрант, обединени от широка пет метрова ходова линия, водеща до плажа и завършваща с инстаграм пойнт -“Гнездото”. Като продължение на пясъчната дюна, фасадите са обработени с пясъчна мазилка, а идеята за меки, пастелни тонове е да предразполагат към пълно спокойствие и предаване на един по- бавен ритъм. Опитали сме се да синтезираме подхода на добрия дизайн - когато е семпъл и “прост”, усвоим и органичен за сетивата, тогава всъщност, е най-сложен. Сърцето на Cavo е центърът на ресторанта- триста годишното маслиново дърво, около което оформяме и зонираме пространството. То е и основният двигател на проекта и връзката с природата. В процеса на работа всеки детайл е роден от тази идеология за еквилибриум – мивките в тоалетните са от естествени дялани камъни, масите масив- суар, въжета от памук, чадъри от макраме, лампи от рафия, глинени делви и сенник от тикови клонки оформят бохо пространството. Всяко решение в интериора е плод на дълго търсене. Барът е облицован от синтерован камък с фактура, наподобяваща пясък, също като масите, ди-джей пулта и рецепцията с каменна фактура. Материалът съдържа титаниев диоксид в повърхността си и при взаимодействие със слънцето протича фотокаталитичен процес, който отделя кислород и допринася за по чиста околна среда. Опитали сме се да освободим пространството от натоварващ визуален шум, давайки възможност на дизайнът да е фасилитатор на поантата – морето./Cavo Beach Club & Restaurant The concept for the Cavo Beach Club & Restaurant near the town of Sozopol is inspired by the Greek islands. The authentic feeling of luxury is evoked through the choice of materials – mostly natural materials in harmony with nature. The restaurant is divided into two commercial areas – a beach bar and a restaurant which are connected by a five-meter wide boardwalk taking you to the beach and ending with an Instagram location – The Nest. As a continuation of the sand dune, the facades are treated with sand plaster, and the idea of soft, pastel tones is to create complete relaxation and make you surrender to a slower rhythm. In our approach we have tried to synthesize the principle of good design - it is most complex when it is simple, carefree and easy-to-assimilate. The heart of Cavo is the center of the restaurant - the three-hundred-year-old olive tree, around which we shape and plan the layout of the space. It is the drive behind the project and the connection with nature. This ideology of equilibrium has guided us in the entire work process and we have paid attention to every detail – the sinks in the restrooms are made of natural cut stones, the tables are made of Suar solid wood; we also use cotton ropes, macrame umbrellas, raffia lamps, clay jars and teak canopy and they all form the Bohemian-style space. Every piece of the interior has been carefully selected. The bar is lined with sintered stone with a sand-like texture, as are the tables, the DJ console and the stone-textured reception desk. The surface layer of this material contains titanium dioxide and when it interacts with the sun a photocatalytic process takes place, which releases oxygen and contributes to a cleaner environment. We have tried to free the space from annoying visual noise, allowing the design to be a facilitator of the point – the sea.
